1. Company Identification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Soundbooking website is managed by Soundbooking Lda, company registration number 514535997, headquartered at Travessa da Igreja de Nevogilde 92, 4150-401 Porto, Portugal, telephone +351 22 110 5315, and email address info@soundbooking.pt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website is intended for the promotion and rental of audiovisual, DJ and events equipment, as well as the provision of associated technical services and the delivery of in-person training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Scope of Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Soundbooking provides the following services:\u2013 Audiovisual equipment rental;\u2013 Audiovisual installations; and\u2013 Sound\/lighting training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Soundbooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Requests and Bookings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Requests made via the website, email, telephone or contact form do not constitute automatic booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A booking is only considered valid upon confirmation by Soundbooking and, where applicable, full payment of the agreed amount or formal award of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submitted quotes have a limited validity period, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Prices and Payments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

All prices are displayed in euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VAT at the applicable legal rate may be added to the displayed amount, where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment methods and deadlines are communicated to the client at the time the quote is sent or the service is awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soundbooking may require advance payment or a deposit to confirm a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Cancellations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In the event of cancellation by the client, the full value of the service may be invoiced if the required notice period is not observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soundbooking reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to force majeure, technical unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Equipment Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The client is responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment throughout the rental period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any damage, loss, theft or misuse may be charged to the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, except for normal wear resulting from appropriate use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Given the nature of the services provided by Soundbooking \u2014 namely audiovisual equipment rental and the provision of services associated with events scheduled for a specific date \u2014 the right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts does not apply, pursuant to Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24\/2014 of 14 February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any cancellation request will be subject to the conditions agreed between Soundbooking and the client at the time the service is awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The in-person training sessions offered by Soundbooking are held on specific dates with a limited number of participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24\/2014 of 14 February, the right of withdrawal does not apply to in-person training services scheduled for a specific date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any request to cancel or amend a registration will be subject to the conditions communicated at the time of booking or registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Data Protection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Personal data collected through the website will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and as described in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Complaints Book<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Consumers may access the Electronic Complaints Book at the following address: https:\/\/www.livroreclamacoes.pt<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Soundbooking reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any changes being published on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Applicable Law<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
